SmokeWood, a state-of-the-art mobile food trailer, offers a rotating menu of Texas craft barbecue and traditional Tex-Mex each Friday night from Father’s Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Situated at the Alexander Creek Bridge by the Lodge, guests can savor bold, earthy flavors of slow-smoked meats and border classics in a casual, fun, community-driven atmosphere.

This summer, Blue Sky welcomes the legendary Heim BBQ to SmokeWood, serving up their famed brisket and bacon burnt ends straight from the Texas pit to the Utah mountains.
